Terminex were professional and carried out the Project on time with no problems. We are very satisfied with the results. All the dry wood termites were eliminated through their specialized high heat treatment.

Appreciate being updated to new techniques in managing termite isssue. From explanation of the process to quoting, and scheduling and communicating throughout, our West Hawaii team was fantastic.
Improvement would be to be able to see analytics of the temperature readings from the probes to verify the temperatures reached.
