SCAM WARNING!!! ! I contacted Kristie in June for bridal hair and makeup for my wedding in late November. At first, everything was great, she was super responsive. I made an appointment and paid in full for her services. I contacted her again at the beginning of November to reconfirm our appointment and could not get a hold of her AT ALL. I have her several days to respond before trying to reach out again, but she COMPLETELY GHOSTED ME, leaving me scrambling just days before my wedding to find someone to do my hair and makeup. She cancelled two hours before she was scheduled to show up leaving me scrambling to find a hair and makeup artist for a wedding that was happening in 4 hours. Horrible communication and I would never recommend her.
Kristie is incredibly talented and so super friendly! I decided to elope while in Hawaii and Kristie did something magical and made me beautiful. She traveled to my hotel and did hair and make up by herself. we had a 2pm appointment and she was knocking on my door at 1:59pm (amazing!) I had sent her some ideas about hair and make up and she nailed it, most importantly since I got married on the beach she somehow styled my hair so that it mostly stayed in place (Kona is windy don't let anyone lie to you and say it isn't) and my eyeliner did not run at all (a miracle). I highly recommend Kristie for hair and make up if you're on the Big Island, she's the best!
