Rock Star Pet Supplies & Gifts

I highly recommend rockstar, pets for all your pets, yummy and cozy needs. They carry local and national brands and only the best. They love your pets too!

I needed to board my little green cheek conure during a family emergency. Rock Star Pets went above and beyond accommodating my situation.

Not only were they incredibly attentive and kind, they were fully aware of my little guy's needs. I received daily update pics and "status reports" of his well being. I was quite impressed by his provided lodgings, too! They have a dedicated room for boarding birds, where there is a tv for appropriate stimulation, soft relaxing music/sounds for their enjoyment, soft lighting, and a secure, code-entry-only door to access the room. In all update pics, his cage/house was impeccably clean, as was his water bowl and food. They were even attentive to the brand I feed him--I was thrilled to know they carry it! Also, due to the rushed-nature of our situation, our little guy lacked a few extra toys when he was dropped off into their care. Thanks to their gentle message and to their extensive selection of bird items--another delightful find!--they selected additional toys within my price range for his pleasure. When I picked my fella up, he was healthy, happy, and alert. There were no signs of stress, e.g., feather plucking, injury, lack of appetite, skittishness, etc. They were even sensitive to our little "reunion" giving us a couple of minutes in the room to celebrate being together again, before securing him for returning home. Upon settling in, back home, his droppings looked healthy and he was sprightly. There were no signs or residuals from any maltreatment or neglect. My little guy was and remains vibrant. I am grateful to Rock Star Pets for taking such good care of our feathered family member.

Having grown up in a family pet store, myself, I can attest to this place's fantastic attention to detail and sincere care for a beloved pet's well being. I wholeheartedly recommend Rock Star Pets!

I walked in the store today looking for a gift for a friend who’s an animal lover, and was greeted by the owner with a smile, friendly service and helpful suggestions. Cute store with a good supply of quality items as well as local items. Mahalo!
