We were referred to Pacific Source by a trusted contractor and came in excited to renovate our kitchen. We provided our original plans and were told we would receive a quote. After 6 months of minimal communication and repeated follow-ups on our end, we were finally told that our plans had been lost and that they could not take on the renovation.

This was a deeply frustrating experience. Losing a client's original plans is a serious failure, and 6 months without meaningful updates is unacceptable. We wasted nearly half a year waiting, and now we're starting from scratch. We would not recommend Pacific Source to anyone looking for a reliable and communicative contractor.

I am building a home as an owner builder in Captain Cook Hawaii. I contacted Gabe Gray, with Pacific Source in Washington State about getting a quote for a lumber order. Window order. Fleetwood Door order and Simpson strong tie connectors. Gabe gave me excellent service regarding all the quotes. He was very knowledgeable about all the products. He followed up on everything, answered all my questions, returned all my phone calls and e mails. I placed the first order for lumber and Simpson strong tie connectors. The lumber and connectors arrived yesterday on time. There was good communication with the staff here on the island. Everything was delivered to the site and placed right where I wanted it. There was some damage to a beam, most likely from a forklift. Gabe has been in contact with me and told me to let him know if anything needs to be replaced. I would like to Thank Gabe for his effort's. I have also placed an order for Fleetwood doors which are very expensive. I plan on writing another review when they arrive. When I wanted to redo my kitchen, Pacific Source had the cabinets I wanted so I spent nearly $20,000. My contractor talked to Terry at Pacific Source and specially asked that extra trim pieces be included with my order. Unfortunately those trim pieces did not arrive so my contractor had to make do. I then ordered and paid for 36 handles for my cabinets and drawers. Again when the order arrived, I was short 8 handles which delayed my kitchen being finished. The last straw is that I ordered the pantry inserts for my pantry and paid another $500. Again the packages arrived with no instructions, no screws for the installation and I was shorted one wooden stringer to hang the drawers. Terry still has not called me back, the Operations person told me he just was responsible for counting the number of packages and had nothing to do with what was in the order. If you sreblooking for frustration and delays, order from Pacific Source. Otherwise go ELSEWHERE
