Mason Termite does my monthly maintenance on my property. I don't have termites, but I DO have centipede, scorpions, spiders and field mice on the property. I had two other companies and was not happy. There were missed appointments, incomplete service but with MASON TERMITE, everything has been wonderful! I recommend them without reservation! Call their office and make an appointment now.

Everything was perfect…UNTIL the day of closing document signing and I saw the bill due; $670 for a termite inspection.The inspectors (2) were at the home about 20-25 mins. I actually never even saw the report until the day of closing because my realtor nor the company sent me a copy, which I’m the seller so it’s whatever since the result was good.But really, $670 for a termite inspection report? This is a theft. I’m letting it go because I have a lot going on in my life but watch out for this company.I am giving 3 stars instead of 1, because I learned my lesson; don’t trust anyone including your realtor and especially a business.
