My husband and I recently purchased a large condo at the Mauna Lani. As we live in Seattle, we needed a local expert to help us refresh the décor so it would feel comfortable and catch the eye of potential upscale vacation rental customers. I discovered Mahalo Hale online and was attracted to Valerie’s decorating style and her personalized approach. With a large inventory of décor and furnishings for home staging, Valerie was able to quickly refresh several key pieces of furniture avoiding long lead times of shipping furniture to the island. She tapped into local resources for a mix of high and low décor pieces to meet our budget with bright punches of color for pillows and beautiful teak pieces. And she introduced us to local artists for some paintings to help tie the whole look together while supporting the local economy. I can highly recommend Valerie’s eye for design and her resourcefulness.
