Alex is amazing! This was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I got the Ashiatsu massage and do highly recommend it. Alex is very professional, made me immediately comfortable, answered all my questions.(I’d never had this type of massage before). She has a very calm demeanor. She was very conscientious of my injuries. The massage technique is different from a normal massage, but I actually enjoyed it more. I made an appointment for my husband after I was done and I will definitely be returning frequently. It’s a very reasonable price also. So happy to find her!

Once you had an Ashiatsu massage, its difficult to going back to a regular one! Try it and see for yourself!Alex will adjust the pressure to your liking. Its as if someone uses the whole arm to spread the pressure over the entire muscle; its more comprehensive than just deep tissue massage: Alex was wonderful to allow for de-stressing tight muscles and deep relaxation with the gravity bound strokes. 2 feet compression strokes confuses the perception of how she actually does it.I will be back, so happy I have found Ashiatsu on the Big Island after years receiving it in our rural WY town!

I was in a lot pain in my shoulder, elbow and neck and Alex worked hard breaking out the tightness and the next day I felt a lot looser , an issue that needs more than one session but really worth it
