I have been working with Lisa Steinmueller for over 10 years In that time my weight has gone from 230 pounds to 180 pounds I have not had to take my blood pressure medicine for the last 18 months. All of this has been the direct result of the twice a week cardiac rehab training The combination program of exercise strength training and balance practice designed by Lisa. Lisa has a unique combination of Humor encouragement and personal direct direction. This program has been so effective for me that at 86 years old I just returned from a month in Europe walking cobblestone streets 5 miles a day without a balance or endurance problem I credit Lisa for my active lifestyle enjoyable health. Kona Family Health Center is great! The medical team there are very attentive and respond quickly to our family's medical needs. Nurse Ellyn is FANTASTIC! I also love that they carry a variety of Vital Nutrients and Thorne supplements.
