Desmond gave us a very thorough analysis and a quick and competent repair. We brought in Kona AC after an expensive diagnosis from another company. What a relief when Desmond quickly diagnosed the issue and got our system running again. He communicated frequently to keep us apprised of exactly what he was finding.

We absolutely 100% recommend Kona Air Conditioning! They are the highest quality professionals, they listen to your concerns and focus their solutions on your key issues, budget, needs, etc. That said, Desmond does a good job of educating his clients on options! After all they are the professionals so plenty of options to share! Katie who handles the office, scheduling, client questions...is absolutely awesome as well! We had an air conditioner that had been out of commission for awhile, we had used one contractor who did an expensive patch fix that did not last (it seems that he did not do a complete review of our system and had not fully assessed or even looked at the... read full review

Simply an amazing company. Katie, who runs the front end of the company, is incredibly friendly and FAST. Like OMG. Given how short-handed everyone is these days: How in the world was she and Desmond able to get their crew over here so soon to do our project (replace a dead mini split with a 3-pronged system). But they did it. And they came in, right on time as promised, and did all the work as explained, left our home absolutely SPOTLESS (I mean, really, it was cleaner than it was before!), and then left us with a brand-spanking new air-conditioner system in our home. It was all in one day (again, as promised). So many people show up late, or leave half-way through a... read full review
