I recently had a display issue with my IMAC. The screen looked like it was melting. I took it to Jack. He was able to diagnose the issue in minutes and assured me he would fix it. Like five business days later he called to say it was ready for pick up. I was very surprised and then thrilled when it turned out to be true. For me, Jack Be Click, and Jack B Quick, as well as Jack really be knowin' what he's doing. He is a terrific and reliable rep for Apple products on this island. My forever thanks.

My ps5 has been overheating for a year and I finally had enough, I went to 3 places but they said they couldn't until I went to jack be click, unfortunately I brought it on Friday but because there was a lot of dust and it needing a new liquid metal i couldn't get it back on Friday and its closed on the weekends so I got on Monday. I recommend going to jack be click on Monday,Tuesday or at least Thursday. My ps5 works great and haven't gottena overheating issue. 4/5 stars
Had a green flickering screen, went in and met Bailey, he instantly knew what needed to be done, directed me for the part that was needed, went back in with the part and he fixed it within the hour with kindness and professionalism. Really appreciate you, Bailey.... Phone works great! Mahalo's!
