I made my appointment online late one evening for the next day. How lucky did I get! I choose the 1 1/2 HR Swedish massage. I know massages. I've shattered an ankle and did a compound fracture on my R leg, spiral fracture to my L leg, and dislocated my R elbow and moved every vertebra from a 12' fall. All separate injuries over a 28 year period. Seriously one of the best massages that I've ever had and I get a lot of them to keep me functioning. If you are visiting, book ahead, if you live here, lucky you! Enjoy.

I had a bad case of tech neck and found Head and Sole through a search and I am so glad I did - after 1 session my headache went away and my constant neck ache disappeared. I have gone back several more times for maintenance work and Erin is easy to talk with, receptive to input and an excellent masseuse. I am looking forward to my next visit!
