My husband introduced me to Dr Kevin Perrino and it was the best recommendation! I was amazed by the recovery of Jeff's Drop Foot Syndrome. It was not something we thought he could recover from due to the information from standard medical doctors, but he did recover completely.
When I decided that it was time for me to stop hurting from old rhomboid and neck headaches, I went to Dr. Kevin. Grateful for the excellent care and fast results!!!

Wow... A great Big THANK YOU to the Head and Neck Center of Hawaii for getting rid of the worst neck pain ever that seemed to be getting worse and worse from previous whiplash. I wasn't able to turn my neck from side to side or look up and down. I was sleeping in the recliner because when I would sit on the edge of the bed to lay down it felt like my head was going to roll off my neck...I was in sooooo much pain! I also had to hang on to my neck while riding in a vehicle because hitting a bump was also super painful.
I had seen 3 different Doctors for my neck....Had trigger point injections, an injection between C1 & C2 and was told the next step was to fuse my C1 & C2. I was in so much pain until and friend referred me Dr. Kevin Perrino in Kaulia-Kona while I was on vacation......he's my Hero. His Atlas Orthogonal Chiropractic Center gave me my life back. I had previously seen 3 Doctors and not one mentioned my "Atlas" being out of alignment or even mentioned the word "Atlas". I had immediate relief after my very first adjustment with Kevin....AMAZING!!!! I left wearing a neck collar brace for just a few hours after getting my first adjustment and had some follow up appointments. I'm back home now and I'm continuing to do my Therapy Exercises I was told to do and life is back to being great. I also have a pillow I ordered from the Head & Neck Center that they fitted to "my neck & sleep position" that should be arriving to my house any day. I can not say enough about my "Atlas Orthogonal" Chiropractic Treatment I received. And this treatment saved me from getting my neck fused....all better in just a few treatments! THANK YOU THANK YOU....and I forgot to mention how professional and caring they are, too!

I have had chronic neck, trap, and then shoulder pain for years. I went to doctors, had massage therapy, accupuncture, alternative medicine and routine Chiropractic adjustments. Dr. Michael Hughes found my C1 out of alignment and referred me, (5 years after my husband told me to go see Dr.P) so I finally followed through and it was well worth it. I should have followed through years ago. I didn’t understand the difference from the Atlas adjustments and upper cervical specialty vs. other Chiropractors (all who I love but the ability to adjust C1 requires a special tool/skill.) In one adjustment I have less pain that doesn’t keep me up at night and the ability to relax a few muscles constantly locked. It’s also stopped my C4 from rotating and ribs from moving out of place causing ongoing pain. I’m very thankful to the Perrino’s and staff. Pat runs the show, and Kevin fixes all the things.
