I wish I could give 6 out of 5 stars. After a couple days of endless random phone calls to Hawaii title companies and Real Estate Attorney offices, I was losing hope. If someone would happen to pick up, they seem disinterested in helping or promised insanely long turn times for a simple deed change. That was until...I called Barbara at H.D.S. ! I used their services for a title change on a property earlier this year. Barbara was very helpful, professional and provided clear guidance on the process. She also managed to expedite the transfer to accommodate my travel plans back to the mainland. I would not hesitate to recommend their services and will surely use them again.
