“I love my dentists and assistants but, unfortunately, I’m losing my 3rd dentist in 2 years because of managerial issues, evidently. They don’t seem to want to KEEP them, though, it seems. I’m hearing there are disagreements between staff and management about their concerns, rate of pay, etc. They are all leaving for “greener pastures”. They’ve had some of the best dentists I’ve had but every time I’ve gone back for something or other I have a NEW dentist!! I’d like to have one that knows my history.
Our appointments have to be moved out or cancelled because their staff is leaving (or already gone) and we have no one that can see us! They can’t treat patients in a timely manner! It’s a shame I may have to look elsewhere because of the inconvenience.“
