If price is good and do great job I will re- review at Yelp and other recommendations. They are basically only one big company does gate and fence . “From 2019 to 2024 Collin did 4 separate projects for us on our farm in South Kona. The first project was the construction of our 2,300 sq ft home with lanai. The second was excavation, site preparation and foundation for a 50,000 gal water tank. The third was construction of a 720 sq ft tractor barn with cinderblock storage/work room, and the fourth was a 1320 sq ft garage and produce processing building. Needless to say, we would not have done all of these projects with PC Construction if we were not completely satisfied with the work and our experience working with the company.

We found that the level of craftsmanship and quality of construction that Collin provided was excellent. With any construction project it should be anticipated that unexpected issues, challenges and modifications of the original plans will occur. “Jason and Qishaun from Premier did an excellent job restoring my home after a major bee infestation. They came in after Premier’s demolition team had cut into the walls and opened up the ceiling, and had just one week to complete the restoration.

They were punctual, worked diligently, and took great care to protect the surrounding areas and furniture. Construction debris was cleared in a timely and organized manner, and the worksite remained well managed throughout.

They kept me informed each day about what had been completed and what to expect next, which helped me plan my schedule. Both were consistently polite, cheerful, and professional - an absolute pleasure to work with.

By the end of the week, they had fully restored the space to its original condition, including repainting the walls. I’m very satisfied with their work and appreciate the care they brought to the project.“
