Most amazing care and service. They will be my go to for everything with my car from now on. They were so kind, welcoming, considerate and trustworthy. Great family vibes. They fixed my car so quickly, and for a great price. Could not recommend more.

James is extremely knowledgeable. He installed our new transmission and kept us informed of everything he was doing. He made sure to communicate with us about components that weren't originally quoted before going further. Some shops surprise you with additional charges without getting approval, but we didn't have to worry about that here. We trust his work so much that we sent family members to him also. Highly recommend him over any other transmission shops.

I HIGHLY recommend Big Island Car Care for your auto need. James is a beautiful soul, kind, patient, helpful, honest, and up front about everything. I had an electrical issue with my Honda Pilot which I thought was a bad alternator (Autozone deemed this the issue with their computer test). James ran a test on his system and determined it was just a faulty connector. He easily could've charged me $400+ for a "faulty alternator" but instead was honest- all I spent was $8. I was out of there same day I dropped off. I'll be coming back for any more repairs I need!Service: Electrical repair
