WARNING TO MAUI RESIDENTS ABOUT WISTERIA LANE FLOORING COMPANY!!!Ok I'm telling my story now. 15 months ago, we purchased $20,000 worth of strand woven bamboo flooring for our house from Wisteria Lane. They recommended 4 different installers and we had to choose one to do the job, they assured us they were all excellent. Well, they lie, because the installer did a horrible job of placing the underlayment, leaving open spaces and gaps everywhere, which have now all caused the floor to mold. This started happening within 3 months and after complaining to Wisteria Lane and Jaci Ornelas, aka Jaci Weeden, we are being ghosted. Jaci promised to come fix it but 3 days before the date he said he had to go to the mainland because his dad went into hospice. 3 months later, he no longer responds to my texts. We are now living in a house with mold and no idea what to do. Wisteria Lane says its all on the installer and they won't do anything, but they are very happy to sell us more flooring to replace what has been ruined.

Wisteria Lane is my go to store for flooring. As a contractor I recommend them for quality and affordability. Stephanie and Andrea provide excellent service and are easy to do business with. They also give contractors a good discount. I highly recommend them for your flooring needs.

It's such a pleasure working with this shop, especially Andrea and Stephanie, it makes me want to do another remodel just so that I can return. This is the best flooring experience I've ever had. TYVM.
