When I say Izayiah and Sahar literally saved my trip, I mean it. I lost my glasses in the ocean on my second day in Maui and had no idea what to do. Every other optometrist turned me away and this pair was nothing but helpful, kind, and understanding of the situation. They duplicated my lenses same day and within an hour I had a new set of glasses, at a more than reasonable price. Izayiah was incredibly personable and recommended restaurants, hikes, and other activities to check out during our stay. Unbelievable customer service, and I could not be happier with them. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Five stars is not enough!!
Got excellent help when trying to replace my frames. The team was very patient and understanding.
Mary and Izayiah were EXTREMELY helpful. I thought my entire trip was going to be basically ruined by cracking my frames in half but they saved they day by taking my lenses and putting them into new frames. Without their patience, professionalism and friendly help I would have had to try and get a vision appointment (which is quite hard to do on short notice)
While on vacation I tore one of my contact lenses and Mary in the Vision center helped me with a no cost replacement pair. Thank you to the Vision Center team for saving my vacation and offering me the sample lenses.
