I came in to get my hair done by Kate today. I was greeted right away. I was early so I shopped and was assisted with professionalism and kindness. Then went and got my hair done. Kate did a full foil and it turned out amazing. Totally the best experience.

The store seems very well designed and I like the environment. The people are friendly, but I've had trouble getting assistance with either finding similar products with similar ingredients, or not being able to get an assistant's attention to help me find specific products in the past. They don't carry the one color I was hoping for from my favorite hair color brand (which is odd, since they carry every other color by that brand), and while they used to have acceptable alternatives, I was recently told they will no longer carry those now either. The store is nice, but I don't think it's really for me anymore as my go-to store.

Mahalo nui to my stylist on Friday May 26th - I think her name was Katie, but I just want to say how very happy I am with the COLOR and how well she took the bad haircut growing out to a style I can not only live with, but actually like. Thank you so much and I'll be back to see you!
