I had a service rep named Aaron and he was great. Very hot helpful and tried very hard to get the service fixed. They should be very happy to have him on their payroll. He’s a very pleasant conscientious worker.

Great service and so happy with our new AC! Thank you, Alex and Anton.
I am a property manager in west Maui. I over see many properties and have several appointments a day. Laurie in the office was very helpful with scheduling a time that fit my schedule in an urgent matter.
The technician, Aaron was equally as helpful. He worked hard and continually went out of the way to get the job done. When hitting a barrier unknowing what to do next he was immediately on the phone with the manufacturer getting their people to help tackle the problem as well.
I was very impressed by the service of these two employees.
Mahalo!
