I had an excellent experience, thank you. From the moment I parked to the moment I left I was greeted by a well-dressed professional group of people dedicated to making sure everything went well. I told them I was from Lahaina and we had limited car repair options. They were very helpful and helped me in every way possible. My repair was done promptly and I picked up my car in just a few hours. My water pump was replaced. Also would like to thank the mechanics.

My purchasing a new Hyundai Santa Fe from a neighbor-island dealer, Jim Falk Motors of Maui, was made easy with outstanding assistance from Andrew Curgus, Commercial Fleet Manager. After a freak accident on Oahu, I needed to replace my 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe with a new vehicle. Unable to find one that fit my requirements on Oahu, I looked online and found a 2023 Santa Fe ready for purchase on Maui. After a few phone calls and a lot of texts/emails with Andrew Curgus, I purchased the vehicle within four days. Paperwork was sent via FedEx, courtesy of Finance Manager Andrew Long.
