I love coming here for my waxing, haircuts, and hair treatments. The students are so talented. I love to be part of their jouney in beauty. Yes, this is a school + clinic so, standards of hygene and cleansiness are above and beyond what you see in any salons. PLEASE make apppintments for your services, the spots do fill up fast!
Great service, great hairdresser, and clean salon!! The gentleman in charge of teaching hairstyling (Mr Daniel) is simply amazing and is very adept at teaching students different techniques. I've been to the most expensive hair salons in Maui and now make INS my go-to for hairstyling and haircuts!!!
Good service by conscious students and overseen by a teaching instructor. Going there is a small way to help people start a new career. Been there for haircuts and massages. Haircuts often take longer than with professionals, but if you have the time, why not. Men's cut and shampoo is only $15, so often leaving a generous tip. Scheduling an appointment is preferred, but is possible to score a walk-in opening.
