I have had chronic pain for several years. When I was referred to Dr. Wruck I wasn't very hopeful because past referrals have not panned out. I went to see Dr. Wruck and was I surprised. Pretty disappointed with how my experience went. I had recently booked an appointment with their office, the lady who helped me to get it booked provided well detailed information and made my booking process a breeze being that this would be my FIRST ever visit here. I called today, to confirm my appointment for tomorrow. The receptionist/operator who handled my call put me on hold to confirm my appointment. When she got back on the line with me, she basically told me there wasn’t going to be a Dr. present for my scheduled appointment time which was in the morning but they had availability for 2pm. To walk into and empty clinic and be met by 3 women behind the reception desk sharing something on their phone between themselves, to not even be greeted after 1minute, less than 3ft away standing in front of them, this is quite the turn off. Bad patient/customer service. I hear the Dr is great, but the bad customer service is a reflection when they're the face of the operation.
