So I finally grew out my brows and what not and decided to go n get a clean up n shape only for this to happen... da usual lady I go to was busy and I didn't want to make a fuss and wait so I got another lady. Didnt really look at it until I got in da car n left and this is what I got...

Well I have walked by here many times, on the Sears side, and it is always busy. So when my wife asked for a recommendation for a pedi, I suggested to come here. She really liked the color, but she thought the girl was too aggressive on one Big toe. But she did stop when asked. The price was very affordable, under 30 plus the tip. Her feet really look nice, I m glad she went.

Location: 5/5 Quality of service: 1/5 Products offered: 5/5 Prices: 4/5 Would I come again? NO!! Other: I want to start off by stating that MOST of the workers here are really nice and accommodating. Got a manicure and pedicure combo. Got my toes done first; I told them I wanted them just filed down and not cut (my preference). The lady who was working on me insisted that she should cut them; she reluctantly did as I asked but that didn't stop her from speaking in her foreign language. I didn't understand what she was saying but her facial expression was enough to make me feel uncomfortable. Fast forward to the massage, I typically experience getting a decent massage buuut not in this case. She literally rubbed lotion and just lightly squeezed my feet for 3 minutes. I asked for a little more and again got that same facial expression and mumbled of a few foreign words. Anyways, after she painted my toes I took a closer look at them and they were horribly done. Polish all over my cuticles and bubbles on most on my nails. I asked to have her clean it up a bit and she surprisingly agreed without a word said. I was going to ask to redo them because of the bubble but then that awww heck it's on my toes and no one can really see them unless there that close. On to my hands, long story short for this part was... had to keep telling her and pointing out where my cuticles to be recut over and over. Here I am one day later writing this review and my finger nails are already chipped on 7 of them and 1 80% pealed off, keep in mind I don't do any heavy work with my hands; I even use a dang dish washer to was dishes. My nails shouldn't look like this after only a day. Never have a been soooo amazingly upset at someone's workmanship. Heading over to another salon today to get them redone. If you're reading this, don't say I didn't warn you. The only way I'll be returning here is if I absolutely had no other choice, which I can assure you won't happen hahah.
