I’ve learned and gained a lot of knowledge through this company. Being that I moved to Maui from big island to work for this company I can easily say with pure joy that I don’t regret anything. I began my journey with Alpha back in 2013 at the age of 19. Despite having no prior experience in excavation or drilling, I was assured that the possibilities were endless here, provided that I showed enough initiative and asked enough questions. I knew I had to put in extra hours on my own time to become a better operator and manager, and I did. I even had the opportunity to become a water well driller and pump installer, which was a steep learning curve. But it has all been worth it as I have been fortunate enough to grow and take on new challenges.
