I’m currently employed for ALPHA INC. Have been for about three years now. This company is the true definition of “hard work and dedication”. I’ve learned and gained a lot of knowledge through this company. Being that I moved to Maui from big island to work for this company I can easily say with pure joy that I don’t regret anything. ALPHA INC. Is a well organized and thriving company. Best believe that everyone in this company strives for success! I began my journey with Alpha back in 2013 at the age of 19. Despite having no prior experience in excavation or drilling, I was assured that the possibilities were endless here, provided that I showed enough initiative and asked enough questions. I knew I had to put in extra hours on my own time to become a better operator and manager, and I did. I even had the opportunity to become a water well driller and pump installer, which was a steep learning curve. But it has all been worth it as I have been fortunate enough to grow and take on new challenges. Today, at 29 years old, I hold the position of Drilling Superintendent at one of the greatest companies to work for. Our HR team invests a lot of time in ensuring we have the best team possible to tackle any job. The President of Alpha is dedicated to taking care of his workers because he knows that without good workers, a company cannot excel. For anyone out there who is eager to learn and become a great asset, Alpha is the place to be.
