We just bought a house. The seller didn't have keys for most of the locks. They hired James who came out and did an excellent job re-keying the locks. I wanted very specific keying. He nailed it on his first visit!
BEST lock smith ive ever had & trust me, ive had to use many. Jim was on west maui when I called him & got to Kahului Target in what felt like 10 minutes. He so quickly got my door unlocked and retrieved ny keys. He also informed me if I call my insurance & I have roadside assistance, I would get reimbursed. So I did that & esentially it was free. He was so kind & efficient. Save them on speed dial!
We got locked out of the safe at our rented condo and so we called John to see if he would be able to help, not expecting that he would be able to come out the same day since a different locksmith said he couldn't come out for 3 days. He happened to be in the area and was gracious enough to come to our place and check out the safe on his way home. He was very kind and helpful and we would absolutely call him again. We looked at all of the previous reviews before we called him and John absolutely lived up to all of them!
