Don’t sleep on VacayClean. Very happy with the service. I wanted to give a compliment, so I asked one of the cleaners for the owners number. He gave me the number then...asked, “how can I help you?” I was pleasantly surprised to see the owner working with his crew. I have used them since...and even when the own is not around...they do an excellent job!

As a vacation rental owner, were initially impressed with their sales pitch. Jason promised that as long as we provided pictures with explicit details, they would use a binder, prepared specifically for our property to go room by room and leave the property exactly the way we asked, to include any details that we wanted like watering our plants and checking the internet service each time as a final check. None of this ever never happened and we had to constantly remind them to do things the way that we had asked. There was one instance where the cleaning and staging were so bad, that we had to bring in a 2nd cleaner who worked alongside me to set things up the correct... read full review

Love them! Jason and his team, Fallon and Kehau, are amazing professionals in the business. They have clear communication, attentive customer service, with impeccable attention to details, and are extremely responsive. We have used their deep cleaning and recurring services twice so far for a 4bdrm/2bthrm home, and already have booked again for upcoming cleanings. Jason is extremely responsive, and he even made suggestions on what home items we could use to save on costs in the long run, e.g. sturdy stone bath "rugs" that we can replace our white cotton ones with since ours get frayed and require constant cleaning, Citrus Magic Fallon showed us areas of the... read full review
