I had my windows installed about 1 /12 years ago with Tropical Wholesale. I still love them and find that the customer service is excellent with them. One of my screens clips snapped when I was washing the windows just recently and I didn't know how to fix it. Matt, himself came to my house and replace two clips and put the window screens back on my window. He was very courteous and professional. I see negative reviews about Tropical Wholesale but I believe it is just the competitors sending those reviews out. They get 5 stars from me.Debbie K

The Tropical Wholesale team recently completed the renovation of both of our bathrooms from tub to shower-pan in just 7 days, including a holiday! It was actually 6 days and the plumber just installed the fixtures on the 7th day. On time (even early), professional, and tidy as they always cleaned up well after each day. Floors were always carefully covered. I am including "before-during-after" pictures with the end result looking exactly as advertised. We have been enjoying the new convenience of not having to step over a tub and risk slipping which will become a factor when I am older. The safety bars, shelves, and soap dish were included and placement was up to us. Thank so much to owner Matt and the team: Derek, Steve, and Derek's son (sorry, missed his name) who worked so hard for 7 days. Derek actually stayed a bit later one day just to finish the paneling.

Matt, thank you and your team for replacing existing vinyl siding and adding new siding to our recent remodel along with gutters. Kainoa, Charlie and team communicated very well and cleaned up at the end of each day. You can tell they enjoyed and took pride in their work. They were a pleasure to work with and did an awesome job. We are very happy with the way everything turned out. We will definitely recommend you to our family and friends.
