Victor is a super chill guy and accomodating.

We had a good quick chat about many things.

I wanted to try the Sauna Space sauna even though it wasn’t on the booking system he helped me book it in.

He has a great HBOT chamber, probably the best on the island, and many other great things like Cryotherapy.

Will definitely be back when I visit next 🤙🏼

POWER PLATE. I popped into the space to see what was offered here and met Victor as he was using the Power Plate and asked what he was doing! I stood on the plate while he told me about the benefits of whole body vibration that minor athletes like Serena Williams + Mark Whalberg use to activate more muscle fibers + improve circulation and I immediately felt my ears tickle + spaces in between my vertebrae move + crackle. Super informative + he specializes in health coaching + detox protocols + connecting all the therapies offered at the studio together to help people feel their best. Glad to see it here!

Jamie is hands down one of the best massage therapist that I have been too. She really listens to me and where my aches and pains need some work. She is very knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions that I may have. I will definitely be returning again and again!
