He is super patient and personable and his work is nothing short of perfection. Everything is done properly and up to health and safety codes. I will always recommend Matt to everyone who wants a tattoo for their first time or hundredth time. The shop is covered in the most amazing art work that you will want to stare at for hours. I requested matching tattoos for me and my adult daughter. We conferred with Doug on font choice, size, and placement. Our design had some minor hand-drawn elements, cursive text, and line drawing. We made an appointment and everything was super-smooth. He made us feel very comfortable, followed all the proper sanitizing practices, and the work is clean and beautiful. On a practical note, we easily found parking on the residential streets behind the shop. Thanks to Doug and South Shore Ink!
