It's like a Japanese hair salon. Since I live overseas (and there are no Japanese-run salons in my area), I was happy to have a Japanese stylist cut my hair. I was very satisfied with the finished product as I had envisioned it.
I'm a grandma, but I don't need to look like one. So I came in here for a root color, and I had the best care. The colorist explained each step of the process, and then when my hair was ready to be rinsed, I was given THE BEST scalp massage in my life!! The stylist (different person) then used 2 hair dryers at the same time to dry long my hair quickly. My hair was super soft and shiny. I honestly wished that I knew Japanese so that I could say more than just "arigato gozaimasu". The colorist was excellent and the stylist too.
