Everything from making the reservation on LINE to the treatment on the day went very smoothly, and the staff members were warm and helpful, soothing my body and mind. I would like to go again when I return to Hawaii.
Umi's hands are magic. I had so many knots all over my back but Umi took so many out! The facility was very clean and relaxing. After the massage I was offered some hibiscus tea. All in all it was a very relaxing time. I made another appointment :)
AAAAMAZING. Went in for a massage and my expectations were not high (I am very picky with massages) BUT I was stunned at the whole experience this place was able to provide for me. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted and made feel at home. Ai was very professional in every way -she checked off all the boxes in my list and I could not leave any happier.I’m glad I finally found my go-to massage while in Hawaii.
