I don't usually write reviews but since my experience was AMAZING and they don't have any recent reviews, I decided to post something. Let me just start by saying that I was extremely skeptical going to book my appointment since all I saw on Yelp were feather extensions and years-old reviews. LOL MY experience with Kelsy was THE best after having two bad haircuts in the past 4 years. I was very nervous to receive yet another messed up haircut, but Kelsy was so sweet and professional but totally chill and reassuring that I could get exactly what I wanted! Talking to her was not awkward at all, which I expected it to be since I consider myself a social introvert and don't really like starting convos and I'm terrible at thinking of things to continue to talk about. And she made my visit so comfortable as if we already knew each other for years. She cut my hair exactly how I wanted (which in my opinion is a hard thing because I can barely manage my own thick asian hair), and I was basically about to cry because she gave me my confidence back that I had lost from the first bad haircut I had years ago. Let's just say, I told her she's going to be my regular hair stylist haha! She seriously deserves all the recognition!! Thank you Kelsy!!! :)

I've been getting my hair cut and styled here since 2011, and they've always done a great job at great rates--even compared to mainland prices. I used to see Caroline, but now see Rose, since Caroline left the salon. Every stylist that's worked on my hair has always done a great job even with my unbelievably temperamental hair.
