Brandon is EXCELLENT!!! He has cut my hair a few times now after moving to the island and each time I am so happy with the results. Finally a barber who can cut my hair the way I want it to look. Brandon did such a great job on my hair, I really love the layers and the color came out exactly how I wanted. It feels natural, light, and just really good. He’s super easy to talk to and makes the whole process feel relaxed and comfortable.
And the best part? He even made me a latte while I was getting my hair done. Just a small thing, but it made the experience feel extra thoughtful.

I was looking for a salon where I could cut my hair and it wouldn't be too pricey. I found Salon Ava on Yelp and they had great reviews which drew me to them. I called and I was able to schedule an appointment later that day. They have a shared parking lot with Palama supermarket and other stores so it was quite busy around my appointment time (12pm). I went into the salon and was greeted by the staff then quickly seated at the hair washing station. I then showed the hairdresser, Joanie, my hair before and how I wanted my ends more evened out.
