By far the best service I have had in a long time. Having an AC system means annual cleanings...most of the time the service is hastily done. RMI not only did an excellent job, they notified me that I could get a rebate, which they would file on my behalf. Most AC companies won't even offer you the rebate because it is a lot of paperwork for them. Also, a previous AC cleaning company broke my cover and I didn't realize it until I cleaned my screens, they offered to notify me when someone removes their old AC in my model, so I could replace the broken cover...since it isn't sold anymore. Great local company!

It's been 2 weeks since RMI installed my Mitsubishi split air conditioning system and I am very pleased with the product and excellent service that I received. The unit works well and performs just as you said it would. Your quote was fair; the value I received, priceless, as I finally am able to find some relief from the stifling heat despite my living space's high ceiling that retained much of the sun's afternoon heat. Thank you Randy and staff for your efficiency and professionalism, and taking extra care cleaning up afterwards. Best installer! If you care about having equipment installed properly, defiantly call RMI Mechanical. Randy is the best A/C installer and service for Mitsubishi. I have used several other service techs and they have broken my covers, and forgotten to put back screws and even hoses. Randy's team installed and cleaned my unit so well, I thought it was new. He even replaced the cracked covers on my ac. Can't say enough good things about RMI!
