Guiliana is highly experienced and was the right massage therapist to recover my injuries as well repair my body of overuse from sport exercises. I chose the integrative functional bodywork and inputted all my information online. On arrival she already reviewed my inputs to discuss prior to the start. I've had previous surgeries and current injuries and she was well aware on how to adjust and take care of those areas. This massage definitely has increased my mobility and released key muscle tension throughout my body. I will definitely be returning post major training events and for body maintenance. Highly recommend to Guiliana to all and especially if you need recovery/repair from sport athletics!“

I like deep pressure and she amazed me with her strength. My most recent session was a Quantum Immersion Session paired with massage. This was like nothing I have ever experienced before. We initially talked about me and what I wanted to work on emotionally and spiritually. She used massage, sound healing and her soothing voice to take me on a journey. She helped me focus on my breathing so that I was open to glide through this experience. If you have never tried Quantum Immersion I highly recommend this type of session. “My husband and I originally asked for couples foot massages. Cindy was my massage specialist and Lucy was assigned to my husband. They encouraged us to consider full body massages as well. I’m so glad we took them up on their suggestion. While I enjoyed the foot massage, the full body massage was amazing. Best massage ever. Cindy found at least four knots in my back and promptly “popped” or dispensed of them. I could feel them release. I don’t know how long I’ve had them but it seems like months. I feel much better.The facility isn’t fancy looking but the facility has the equipment needed and the staff definitely has the skill.“
