The red light therapy is especially amazing because the pricing is so reasonable compared to a lot of other places on island. It makes it easy to actually stay consistent with your sessions without feeling like you’re spending a fortune every time you go.
Emsculpt NEO has also been great for my lower back, and the whole space has such a welcoming, laid-back vibe. Everyone makes you feel right at home. Definitely one of my favorite wellness spots on Oahu!
