I have been seeing Joe to do my taxes for years and I refuse to even think about going to see anyone else. He has always taken the time to answer my questions in a way I can understand and has never makes me feel rushed. If you are looking for a group that is knowledgeable, helpful, and kind, I would recommend making an appointment with Premier Tax Service.

Cheap & located in Chinatown Honolulu. The first year we were referred to Thai, he completed our tax incorrectly in 2020. We got contacted with IRS in 2023 stating that the tax was incorrectly inputted so now we owe several thousands! If I knew this, we wouldn’t hVe used his service in 2021. Dealing with the unprofessional Thai via email( they don’t know to cc or reply all). I know some places are cheap, but sometimes a better known tax preparer is worth the price. Maybe if I spoke Vietnamese to him, he would better understand. 2 years too late and several thousands penalty cause of your mistake. Not worth the penalty and unprofessional peoples. Best tax experience of my life !!!! My taxes are usually very stressful ..as I work in entertainment and usually have many states to file, with different t rules etc etc ..Joe took all the stress away, made it all seem so easy and turned the experience into a positive one. For once I'm looking forward to doing 2022 taxes ( next year) ..feeling amazing as I know Joe and his team at Premier got me covered !!!!
