I had pipe masters out today for an emergency, I had water going from two bathrooms throughout my first floor, water was everywhere. They came out quickly and were able to diagnose and fix the problem which was a blocked sewer line. They had already given me an estimate on the phone just from me telling them what was going on, and the work they did did not cost anymore than what I was initially quoted. Compared to what other plumbers charge, I thought the price was very reasonable. The plumber that actually came to the house was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely call them again if I have any issues.

Bernard showed up on time and was very nice, he was friendly and knowledgeable about the the job and also the needs of what needed to be done. He was also quick to get me the video footage in my email for the camera job. All done and said I will probably be using them in the future for some other plumbing issues.

Pipe Master crew Manny and Tyler did a great job of rejuvenating our sewer line. Was pretty extensive work that needed to be done. They were timely on the job, walked me through each stage of the job so we knew what was happening. What I liked about this company is they kept me informed of their schedule. Each day they texted me that they were on their way so no guessing whether they were on their way or would be delayed. The other thing I liked was they cleaned the sewer pipe first before inspecting it and giving me an estimate for the job. No surprises...
