I know Marcos’ company is called Hawaii Water Damage Restoration, but I wanted to let people know that he also does excellent reconstruction repairs too. Our home’s sewer pipes were all changed, which meant a bedroom, 2 bathrooms and half of our yard had to be dug up. After the new pipes were put in, Marcos was contracted to begin the big job of getting everything back in order. Mind you, I’m talking large trenches and deep holes within the house and a lot of broken sidewalk right outside our kitchen too. I met with Marcos and knew immediately I was in good hands. I was out of town dealing with a difficult family situation when I received a call that my condo had sustained water damage from a broken pipe in the unit above. From the initial call, Marcos impressed me by his willingness to help, & patiently explained the processes of water extraction, mold mitigation, insurance claims, repair/restoration. He responded to my questions & concerns promptly, even in the evening. He always remained in communication throughout the entire ordeal, making sure things were being done properly & on time. Marcos did an excellent job finding the source of our water damage and repairing it! I wasn’t able to go out, so he took photos before, gave me a quote and analysis, updated me as the job progressed and did a GREAT job. I’d highly recommend his services.
