I started seeing Kandice a few years ago and have never looked back. For a long time I was on the hunt for someone who could really make my nails last. With my job being hands on and my lifestyle being outdoors (hiking, climbing, swimming, etc.) I could never find a tech that worked for me. Usually my nails would almost always chip within the first week. With Kandice it's never an issue!! She's amazing with her nail art when I bring inspo and I love letting her create her own designs as well. Her shop has plenty of metered street parking and I have never had an issue finding a spot. She's such a fun personality and I recommend her to everyone and anyone! Her shop Magic Hour also holds events all the time and is LGBTQIA+ friendly!! Go see her!

Kandice is INCREDIBLY talented! She is a true artist and goes above and beyond with the level of quality that goes into her designs. I opted for gel extensions and now my nails always look perfect and never break. Kandice was able to even paint a desert sunrise individually on each nail from a photo I brought it for inspiration. I'm pretty much completely obsessed. Can't recommend her enough!

I cannot hype Kandice enough...I don't even know where to begin! Kandice is the GOAT, an icon, a nail wizard, and a really amazing human being. There is no one that I would rather hold hands with. Kandice knows her s**** She creates a welcoming, inclusive, and fun environment where you get to be a part of the art process. I loved being a part of the magical, fluid creative process of nail art by coming up with fun themes, new ideas, and beauty. That is what Kandice creates: beauty. My nails have never been longer, stronger, or more coveted. I'm considering flying to Hawaii just to hang with Kandice and swoon over her beautiful voice and unmatched talent.
