We had our roof installed about 6 years ago on our new house. What we didn’t know was our general contractor left a gap between the trim and roof. That small gap was leaking water compounding it with newly installed gutters. We recently discovered the leak. Called MRC Roofing and they came out to fix the gap. They had pics to document how they installed. They installed correctly and immediately fixed the gap. They also willingly installed a metal flashing between the flashing and the top of the gutter to fix the gutter contractor sloppy work. The fix for the gap between the gutter and roof flashing was over and beyond just to fix the issue. This is the kind of contractor you want to hire. They care about protecting your home and the investment you put into our home. The interlocking aluminum roofing is expensive put well worth the investment. We recommend MRC Roofing!!!!
We needed a new roof 26 years after MRC had last done our roof. We worked with Mark Hill to find a roof coating that would cool our house. He recommended a product called Permalock Metal roofing and a silicone coating for our flat roof. We have had the roof for 1 year and this summer has been nice and cool. Thank you to the team at MRC.
