Mr. Waterpro & Jason Barnhill.... you signed up my company for a machine for water/ice with the promise of a 5 year warranty and regular service. You then disappeared. What's worse is that I find out you SOLD my contract to Timepayment? The machine is broken beyond repair from no fault of my own and Timepayment says they have no responsibility in the service or maintenance of the machine, only that I am responsible to make payments for the next 5 years for over $14,000? For a broken machine that cannot be used? WHAT THE HECK! How horrible of you! What's worse is you probably knew you were going out of business when you signed me up. Only to try to screw me over by cashing out on my contract. Jason Barnhill...it's your name on the contract. I'll be looking for an attorney and we will be contacting you. Anyone else have a similar experience so we can get together with an attorney?

Mr. WaterPro is a great alternative to those big jug coolers that businesses traditionally have. When you buy jugs, your paying dor your own water bill, and another bill for drinking water. Mr. WaterPro helped ne realize that I can purify the water I already have, saving A LOT of money, and making it alkaline which makes it safer and better to drink. They also have free trials that allow you to "try before you buy". Mr. WaterPro has been amazing and I'm glad I chose them!

This company, Mr Water Pro only provides the machines. Billing are coming from Another Company on the mainland with different Addresses & Different Remittance Addresses.Can get very irritating and time consuming dealing with the various people regarding billings.
