“I don't typically write reviews, but this experience truly stood out and deserves to be shared. I recently underwent an upper blepharoplasty and lip shortening procedure, and from start to finish, the entire experience was exceptionally well organized and thoughtful. From the very beginning, the entire process was handled with incredible care and attention to detail. My pre-op appointment with Kristine was extremely thorough--she carefully reviewed both pre- and post-operative instructions and took the time to answer every question, which made me feel confident and completely prepared well ahead of surgery. Immediately after that visit, Laura emailed me everything we discussed in clear, detailed written form: pre- and post-op instructions, prescriptions to pick up in advance, check-in times, and all logistical details. There was truly no room for confusion. I felt fully prepared weeks before my procedure even took place. On the day of surgery, the care continued to be outstanding. Ana and Char made me feel calm and comfortable from the moment I arrived--everything from letting me choose my music in the operating room to making sure I was warm and at ease. In recovery, my PACU nurse, Tricia, was wonderful. She ensured I was comfortable, monitored my vitals closely, confirmed transportation details, and made the entire recovery process feel smooth and reassuring. Dr. Ching was exceptional throughout the experience. He checked in with me beforehand, answered all of my questions, and during the procedure itself--done under local anesthesia--he calmly walked me through each step and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Today is my first day post-procedure, and I feel completely fine. I didn't even need to take any of the prescribed pain medication. As someone who had never had surgery before, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, the care was truly top-of-the-line.“

“My original reason for meeting Dr. Schlesinger was to inquire about a hair treatment that they do using PRP. when I met with him and his assistant Honey, we were talking about the treatment and then Dr S. looked over at Honey and said “you know what he needs?” In my head I was thinking “I hope he doesn’t mention my jaw line”. I wasn’t necessarily insecure about it, but it was something that I always knew could be improved and would make my face look better. He read me like a book. I always imagined that it would be impossible for me to have a better jawline. I would have to have a surgeon break my jaw, and then it would heal in a more aesthetic fashion. I was amazed when the doctor told me that the solution could be found using injectables. Of course, I was hesitant at first. I thought maybe it would look lumpy or it would look too obviously fake and the doctor took this into consideration and gave me a very subtle change. He told me that when I see people they will notice that something is different about me, but they won’t know exactly what. Sure enough when my mom came to visit. I picked her up from the airport and she told me that my hair looked good. if even my own mother couldn’t notice then I think it’s safe to say that the job was done subtly enough that I don’t look like I have obvious plastic surgery. However, when you look at the before and after pictures, the improvement to the shape of my face is so obvious. it was a little painful for the first few days and it took a while, like a week maybe, to feel like I could move my chin and lips the way that I did before, but since the healing has finished, I’ve been so happy with the results and I’m grateful that Dr. Leisinger talked to me into finally making my jaw look the way I want it to.“
