Clean enough, convenient location just look for back of Main Street . Owner was very very sweet / nice welcomed me . Scrub personal " Ms.Sonny " gave great scrub and massages ! Love to keep coming back . When you want use steam let owner know they will turn on for you . Nice and hot steamy bath ! Loved it ! I feel refresh clean skin again ! Mahalo for great service ! Highly recommended!!

My mom & I both had body scrubs. We used the sauna, steam room, hot (more like warm) tub, and the cold plunge. The facility is adequate but not luxurious. The scrub was exceptional. The staff doesn't speak much English but enough to get you through the experience. We came at 9am to skip the crowds, we finished up around 11.30 and quite a few ladies showed up as we were leaving. The only reason its 4 stars instead of 5 is there was no drinking water dispenser in the sauna/spa area and i wish they would have had some gentle spa music playing. I would definitely be a regular if i lived in honolulu! Definitely for a more adventurous type if you're not familiar with korean...read full review

I got the makaloa signature package (scrub+massage+cucumber facial) and it left my skin glowing. It definitely improved the condition of my skin overall and everyone there was really welcoming. Had all the great qualities of a jimjilbang too, a very local korean vibe.
