The staff are good but that automated system needs work. Impossible to get the lab's hours. Finally got through to a human by selecting Schedule an Appointment. She gives me an extension that goes to an HM1's voicemail. Should not be this hard.

Impossible to use their call line to schedule anything since it takes 8 years to answer the phone, much easier to just walk in and schedule in person. Customer service in person is great though!

I have been very unsatisfied with the care my sons received from a peds provider. During my 2-year-old’s check-up, I brought up a persistent cough he had for over three weeks. My concern was dismissed, and I was told it would resolve on its own. It did not, and he has since been to the ER and diagnosed with pneumonia twice as the cough continued to worsen.
At a recent appointment for my 9-month-old, I left feeling belittled as a mother simply for nursing my son. I even left the clinic in tears.
