We were so ready to update our place after being stuck at home during the pandemic, so we spent a decent amount of time doing research since our last renovation project didn't exactly go as planned. Thankfully a friend referred Maika'i construction and we are so glad we called them up. They are a team of professionals, very responsive, up front about the project and cost and how much extra fee if I decide to add any particular parts, I felt at ease working with them, which is really rare for working with a construction company. They also have a showroom of their own stock of materials such as kitchen cabinets, hardware, flooring. I had a blast shopping and picking out materials which is included in the price quote. And the best part, they finished the entire project on time! Now that's really the first time that happened to us , out of multiple construction companies we've worked before, I can stay we are most happy with Maikai for their professionalism and a job well done. We have a brand new kitchen and flooring!

Contacted Maikai Construction based on Yelp reviews and my bathroom remodel (labor only) came out perfect and on time. Very satisfied with price and service I got from May. She came out to measure/view job and even showed up on the day of installation along with workers. Highly recommend this company!

Highly recommended by my friend as they were on the low end of his remodel budget. He told me there was some inattention to detail but overall satisfied. I scheduled them to give me an estimate. They sent over someone to only measure the remodel areas and she told me that she would be unable to give me an estimate on the flooring. I was told her boss would contact me but he never did and I had to contact them for the exact estimates. I chose another company that is giving me the service I expect when spending thousands of dollars. I'm giving them three stars and being generous as they never even gave themselves a chance with me.
