Dean created a service agreement for me last year. He was very professional, fair, and took time to make sure I understood the contract.This year I needed a waiver and another agreement for a new service I offer. I emailed Dean and he got back to me right away. I literally had my contract in the same week, and feel so prepared for offering this new service.
