Our home needed some TLC. Especially the bathrooms and the kitchen. We went with LG after meeting with several different contractors. Initially we were hesitant because the price they quoted us was very reasonable. Shen seemed knowledgeable and was very attentive though. So we took a chance... Boy were we glad we did! Our new bathrooms and kitchen are outstanding. Shen from LG was outstanding. Whenever we had a concern, all we had to do was bring it up to Shen and he relayed our concerns to the workers. Yes, that means the workers didn't understand English very well, but Shen easily understands it and speaks it quite well. So that was not a issue at all.Things got done the way we wanted. After thoughts we had were dealt with as add-ons that were very reasonable. All in all, we would highly recommend LG. We included some before and after images.
